However, what stands out the most is her impactful mentorship. She brainstormed ideas, collaborated on content, and subtly encouraged her teammates to exceed their previous limits, sparking excitement and inspiration. Her guidance not only helped to move the project to completion but also facilitated significant growth in her teammates, making her the driving force behind much of their development.
